Postcraft Privacy Policy

Postcraft is a social media workspace operated by Revival Wellness Experience LLC, Scottsdale, Arizona ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Google sign-in: your name, email address, and profile picture. We request no other Google data.
Content you upload: photos, videos, captions, and related details, stored on Cloudflare R2.
Instagram (Meta): if you connect an account, access tokens and basic account info needed to publish posts you approve.
Basic usage and technical logs needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To sign you in and control access to your team's workspace.
To store, organize, and publish your content. Photos may be analyzed automatically by AI services (such as Google Gemini or Anthropic) and by image quality and face-grouping models to suggest tags and picks.
To publish to Instagram on your behalf, only when you or your team choose to.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Google (sign-in and AI analysis), Anthropic (AI analysis), Meta (Instagram publishing), Airtable (content planning data), and Spotify (music info). They process data only to provide their services to us.

Google user data

Postcraft's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google sign-in data only to identify you in Postcraft. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or let humans read it except for security, legal compliance, or with your permission.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. To delete your account or content, email jack@revivalwe.com and we will delete it within 30 days, except where we must keep records by law. You can also revoke Google access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Security

We use encrypted connections and access controls, but no system is perfectly secure.

Children

Postcraft is not intended for anyone under 13.

Changes

We will post updates here and change the effective date.
